The March beginner’s skills tournament went really well.  No sign of rain, just sunshine and wind!  There were 44 players among the men’s, women’s and mixed doubles divisions.  Thank you once again goes to Nadine for putting so much time and energy in making these tournaments so successful.

Due to the weather and high demand for the indoor courts ahead of the Village games, the Pickleball Club’s beginners’ priority hours have been suspended.  If beginners are looking for others to play with, they can check out the roster to find people at their level.

Plus, beginners can also sign up for the Village games where they’ll meet more people at their level.

Registration for the Village games takes place at the gym in the administration building. The cutoff date for registering is March 23.

The Pickleball Club is run by volunteers.  We all just want to have a good time, but someone has to do the work to make sure things run smoothly and to have events for our members… To paraphrase a famous quote: “Ask not what your Pickleball Club can do for you, but what you can do for your Pickleball Club.”
